[en] With the latest editions of Loftware drivers (V8 and higher), you can enable driver logging. This property lets you track all data exchanges between driver and printer.
[en] To enable logging:

[en] In Windows, open Printers & scanners.

[en] Navigate to your printer and click Manage.

[en] Click Printer properties.

[en] Your printer properties window opens. Go to the Driver Settings tab and click Support.

[en] In the Stream logging section, tick Enable and select your folder where log files will be saved.
[en] Send the generated log files to our support team. Our driver development will check the log files and resolve the issue.
