  1. [en] Stop NiceLabel Proxy Service.

  2. [en] Delete the NiceLabel 10 license file. Go to %PROGRAMDATA%\NiceLabel\NiceLabel 10 and delete License.db.

  3. [en] Modify the product configuration file. Go to %PROGRAMDATA%\NiceLabel\NiceLabel 10 and open product.config in any text editor.

  4. [en] Delete the following XML nodes including their content:

    <Activation>...</Activation>
    <LmsCloud>... </LmsCloud>
    <ControlCenter>... </ControlCenter>
  5. [en] Start the NiceLabel Proxy Service.

[en] Your license information is removed. Retry activating your license.
