[en] Users connected to the Web Printing site who print labels using shared Web Applications must be added to a Web Application and activated in Control Center. You can define Web Printing users in Control Center, but they can only login to the Web Printing site when you add them to shared Web Applications.
[en] Each Web Application and its authorized users can use single or multiple printers. You can limit the number of printers for each Web Application. Each assigned printer takes a single license seat.
[en] To set the number of permitted printers for a shared Web Application:

[en] Open the Control Center at this address

[en] Go to Applications > Web Applications and select an application. The Web Application configuration window opens.

[en] Scroll down to User Settings and set Enable printer limitation to On.

[en] Adjust Number of printers to set the maximum number of allowed printers for the selected Web Application.
