[en] When you try to activate your NiceLabel license, the activation stops and reports an error with this title: “We cannot run NiceLabel Desktop Designer”.

[en] Cause

[en] If you own a multi-user license, your installed NiceLabel applications on different computers communicate the licensing information using the NiceLabel Proxy Service 10. If this service stops on one of the computers, you cannot start NiceLabel NiceLabel 10 Desktop Designer.

[en] Solution

[en] Start the NiceLabel Proxy Service 10:

  1. [en] Open Services on your computer.

  2. [en] Search for NiceLabel Proxy Service 10.

  3. [en] Right-click the service and click Start.

  4. [en] Start NiceLabel NiceLabel 10.

注意

[en] If the issue with this service persists, try to run it with your local system account. Right-click the service and go to Properties > Log On tab. Log on using the Local System Account.
