[en] In Automation or Designer PowerForms , you would like to print the last approved label and, at the same time, create label variants.
[en] In some cases, you get the error message:
[en] The Storage Server is inaccessible. Contact your system administrator. System error message: The item doesn't exist on the server. The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

[en] When you run the action Create Label Variant for labels stored in Control Center's Documents, you get the error message:
[en] An error occurred while trying to execute "Create Label Variant" action.
[en] Contents of item "your_object_name" can not be set because its value is invalid.
[en] The error occurs with Automation or Designer PowerForms.

[en] The error occurs because the Control Center user who runs Automation or Designer PowerForms doesn't have sufficient user rights.
[en] To avoid the issue, modify Access Roles permissions:

[en] Open your Control Center and click the Users tab.

[en] Click Access Roles at the top of the page, then click the user you want to modify user rights.

[en] In the Permissions for this Role window, go to the Documents tab.

[en] In Custom Document Permissions, select the folder, where you want to create label variants.

[en] Click Customize and enable the Show unpublished files option.
[en] Now, you can create label variants in Documents in Control Center.

[en] To print the latest approved label while creating new label variants at the same time, create two folders in Control Center's Documents. Store your production labels (approved and drafts) in Folder A. Create label variants in Folder B.

[en] Click Access Roles at the top of the page, then click the user you want to modify user rights.

[en] In the Permissions for this Role window, go to the Documents tab.

[en] Click Customize and disable the Update files and folders option.

[en] Automation or Designer PowerForms now prints approved labels and, at the same time, creates label variants.

[en] The error occurs when you try to create a label variant with your label that includes the Report object.
[en] Currently, our software doesn't support creating label variants with report labels. The functionality will be added in future releases.
