[en] You can see a high-quality picture on your label design and in print preview, but the picture prints with low quality.

[en] Solution for black and white graphic files:

  • [en] If you have selected Use printer properties saved in: Label:

  1. [en] Open Label Properties.

  2. [en] Click Printer properties button.

  3. [en] Go to Graphic Options tab.

  4. [en] Set the Dithering level. In most cases, Clipart setting gives the best results.

  • [en] If you have selected Use printer properties saved in: Printer Driver:

  1. [en] In Windows go to Printers & Scanners.

  2. [en] Select your printer and click Manage.

  3. [en] On the left side of your screen click Printing Preferences.

  4. [en] Go to Graphic Options tab.

  5. [en] Set the Dithering level. In most cases, the Clipart setting gives the best results.

  1. [en] Convert your picture into black and white with some third party graphic software.
