Data Source for {itemName} could not be imported.

The referenced data source could not be converted.

Most probably, the mentioned object gets value from the database field, but the Conversion Service doesn't have access to the database source so we cannot import it.

RESOLUTION

  1. Open the converted label for editing in NiceLabel Designer.

  2. Make sure you have access to the customer's database.

    1. Make the connection to the database source from scratch.

    2. Then use the database fields as data sources for your formulas or label objects.

  3. In Data source explorer, click Database wizard and define a connection to the database source.

  4. Use the database fields as data sources for the label objects. You can drag and drop the database field from the Data source explorer pane directly onto the label objects.

    Note

    When this database field is included in some function, you will also have to update that function. In Data source explorer pane, Double-click the function to open its definition, then make the necessary update.
