Cannot find a matching NiceLabel printer driver for the printer used in the original label template. This is expected when the label uses a printer that is not supported in NiceLabel printer drivers. NiceLabel does not have printer drivers available for all printer brands/models that are available for selection in LLM.
However, the problem might also be reported for a printer driver that NiceLabel does support, but the correct mapping (Loftware -> NiceLabel printer name) hasn't been configured yet. The Conversion Service is an ongoing project with constant updates. You can report the problem soand we will add the printer mapping.
RESOLUTION

If you have a third-party Windows printer driver for your exact printer model, you can still print labels from NiceLabel. NiceLabel can use any Windows printer driver.
Note
When you use printer drivers from other companies, the majority of the printer's internal functionality is not available. You can still design and print labels with non-optimized printing. Objects are printing in GDI mode - all graphical.

Select the alternative NiceLabel printer driver which you know is compatible with your printer. Make sure you have the printer driver installed in your Windows. Then open the label in NiceLabel Designer and select the alternative printer driver.
