The label uses native bitmap font magnifications which are not yet fully supported. Height and width magnifications are not equal, only the height magnification will be applied.

DETAILS
LLM supports native magnifications of the native fonts in both dimensions (height and width), while NiceLabel Designer only supports magnifications by height. The following outcomes might apply:
-
Only the height magnification will be applied. The width magnification is ignored.
-
Magnification is out of range for the printer font sizes. The font magnification is not valid for the specified font. This unlikely scenario might happen because the printer might not be mapped correctly.
-
The printer is not mapped correctly or the font does not exist in the printer. Could not determine the correct font size. The printer might not be mapped correctly.
Note
This error message is often reported as a result of a previous error:
-
The printer mapping is not configured for this printer yet. See this topic.
-
The font mapping is not configured for the font assigned with the Text objects yet. See this topic.
RESOLUTION
-
Make sure the text objects are formatted in a suitable native font in NiceLabel Designer.
-
Make sure to print the test label to visually check the font on the label.
Note
NiceLabel does not use WYSIWYG for most of the native printer fonts. The width and height of the Text bounding boxes are correct in the preview, but the display of native printer fonts is approximated using Truetype fonts.
