Completely removing NiceLabel installations from the system

Problem

After you uninstall NiceLabel applications from your computer, there are still some files and folders left on your disc and some entries in the Registry. The remaining files and Registry entries don't affect your system or other applications but make the possible re-installation easier because NiceLabel settings remain on the system.

In some cases, you would like to remove all NiceLabel remaining files and data.

Solution

After you uninstall NiceLabel applications, do the following:

  1. Delete the folder c:\ProgramData\NiceLabel\.

  2. Delete the Registry key with NiceLabel value.

    1. Open Registry Editor.

    2. Navigate to the key

      \HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products

    3. Right-click on the Products folder and click Find. Enter NiceLabel in Find what edit field.
