With the latest editions of Loftware drivers (V8 and higher), you can enable driver logging. This property lets you track all data exchanges between driver and printer.
To enable logging:

In Windows, open Printers & scanners.

Navigate to your printer and click Manage.

Click Printer properties.

Your printer properties window opens. Go to the Driver Settings tab and click Support.

In the Stream logging section, tick Enable and select your folder where log files will be saved.
Send the generated log files to our support team. Our driver development will check the log files and resolve the issue.
