If using proxy server, exclude local traffic from proxy

Bypass the proxy server for local addresses, or the client might not get the license from NiceLabel Control Center. This makes files in Document Storage unavailable. For more information, see the Knowledge Base article.

Add Control Center to the Trusted sites

If you have troubles using NiceLabel Control Center, add it to the list of Trusted Sites in your browser.
