Misconfigured Control Center HTTP/HTTPS Settings

Problem

Your Control Center is inaccessible during installation. An error message appears: "We cannot access Control Center".

Solution

Your Control Center and web services may use different HTTP/HTTPS protocols. To make your Control Center accessible, do the following:

  1. Uninstall Control Center. Do not remove the Control Center database (NiceAN).

  2. Install Control Center with correct HTTP/HTTPS setting.
