The purpose of the LPS Conversion Service is to automate the label conversion process from LPS label templates into Loftware Cloud label templates. The service removes most of the manual work and provides the analysis of the conversion in an easy-to-understand report.
Due to the technical differences between the LPS and Loftware Cloud platforms, the 1:1 conversion is not possible. Some label design features have a different design, data models are different, and the products do not contain the same feature sets. Complex labels require additional manual effort to convert.
Loftware considers the following to be expected and acceptable differences between LPS and Loftware Cloud output.

Shifting of fields up to 1/10 of an inch is acceptable

Shifting of fields of over 1/10 of an inch without any overlap is acceptable

Example: On a 203 DPI label, 1/10 of an inch difference is 2 dots

Text size differences of up to 15% are acceptable
