Login failed for user 'IIS APPPOOL/EPMAppPool'

Problem

When opening Control Center, you get the error:

Cannot open database "NiceAN" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'IIS APPPOOL/EPMAppPool'.

The user 'IIS APPPOOL/EPMAppPool' is set correctly.

Solution

Open the Services console and make sure that Netlogon service is running.
