[en] You opened Documents storage in File Explorer using the syntax \\<myserver>@8080\DavWWWRoot. You try to upload a file that is larger than 100MB, and you get the error:

[en] Make sure you are connected to the network and try again.

[en] If you use large image files (TIFF, BMP), first compress them to JPG or PNG. Smaller files will also speed up your printing process.

[en] Solution

[en] Your computer's WebClient service has a default limit of 100MB. You can change this limit in Registry Editor. Windows allows a maximum value of 4GB.

[en] If you upload your files through the Control Center user interface, there is no file size limit.

  1. [en] Open Registry Editor.

  2. [en] Navigate to the key

    [en] HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters.

  3. [en] Modify the FileSizeLimitInBytes value and set the Value Data to the desired value in bytes. Use the Decimal option.
