[en] When opening Control Center, you get the error:

[en] Cannot open database "NiceAN" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'IIS APPPOOL/EPMAppPool'.

[en] The user 'IIS APPPOOL/EPMAppPool' is set correctly.

[en] Open the Services console and make sure that Netlogon service is running.
