[en] When you try to login with your Google account, NiceLabel Web Client won't start.

[en] Enable Browser Emulation Feature on the computer where Web Client is installed.

  1. [en] Open Registry Editor and navigate to the key:

  2. [en] Set the value NiceLabelWeb Client.exe: (REG_DWORD): Hex: 2af8 (decimal: 11000)

[en] Settings on a Proxy server between your system and authentication server can block Google authentication. Check the settings on the Proxy server.

[en] Make sure that JavaScript option is enabled in Internet Properties.

  1. [en] In Control Panel open Internet Options.

  2. [en] Internet Properties window opens. Go to the Security tab, click Internet, then click Custom level....
